Day 25

I will admit, I have slacked off over the past couple of weeks with this list because it has been busy. I have watched Back to the Future part 3, smiled at strangers and bought a torch from Poundworld which I then gave to a passing stranger. To be honest the ones that include strangers are really hard because I tried to give the torch to 12 people before someone took it off me. people probably thought it was stolen or used to hold drugs or something. Its weird when you realise the world has gotten that low that people expect there to be a downside to everything. I have been smiling at a lot of strangers but again they aren't smiling back. Why is everyone so antisocial nowadays?

Abseil event

One of my goals is to abseil down the radio city tower for cancer research UK. unfortunately I couldn't get their permission, but I did however get permission off the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral which is 331ft. It still will be an epic experience and even though I had the radio city tower down, if I go through with this I am still classing it as a pass because it is only a minor chance (121ft isn't exactly minor, but still...) For my 101 movies I have watched Back to the Future parts 1 and 2. Going to watch 3 next lol. So far I have been happy with them... More so than I expected. The acting from a young Michael J Fox is amazing. and for a film produced by Steven Speilberg it is quite amazing. (This is from someone who thinks ET is the only Speilberg film with an actually good story). The thing I think is epic about the Back to the Future series is that each film ends on a cliffhanger for the next one. Another thing I love is that apparently there is only 4 years until flying cars and hoverboards. sounds fun to me :) lol. From the 2 of them I will give Part 1 a 10/10. It is so much more than what I expected and everything was perfectly written and directed. It is the 3rd film I have watched that I would give a 10/10. The other 2 being Forrest Gump and Saving Private Ryan. Part 2 I would give an 8/10. It was still amazing, Well directed, well written, well acted, etc. but I think it tried to hard to live up to part 1. I did like it but there were parts in it that it could have done without. For instance Biff killing Marty's dad to get with his mum and beating her. It's believable but quite predictive and not really needed. It's like they tried to make things as bad as possible but it just turned out dry for me. Maybe thats just my opinion but I don't think it gave off the feel it was meant to.

Day 1

It's been fun... I've added a few new people to skype, made a few new friends. I haven't done anything major but I'm starting off slow. I am actually enjoying it even though I am only concentrating on small tasks. I have also started saving up my 20p and less. I actually had quite a collection in my wallet today xD. I've wrote myself a little letter to open on day 1001. I have also listened to a band I hadn't heard of before today - Eleventyseven. I'll give them a 4/10. They're ok, but not that original. They sound like an average indie band. But I have listened to them. I also may have convinced someone else to participate in the Day Zero Project. And I am about to watch Back to the Future. I haven't seen it before, but always meant to, I just never got around to it which is what this project is all about. Hence why Back to the Future is the first movie I will watch. So all in all, day 1 has been a success in my eyes.
